We are so excited that you are planning to join one of our choirs or programs. Before you sign up, check out the following info to make sure we are all on the same page.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are not able to join choir after booking your spot, you can request a full refund up to one week before the first session of your choir cycle (minus the 3% non refundable processing fee). After this point, refunds will not be issued unless we can fill your place.

General Terms of Service​

• Lost property – NYCP does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. ​

• We do not accept liability for personal injury or illness to any choir member during rehearsal.

• It is your responsibility to ensure we have your information correct, and to inform us of any changes or relevant health issues.

• We do not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. COVID, transportation, fire, weather, unplanned venue changes, or similar.

• NYCP reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
