Just like that playlist you listen to on repeat, we know you’ll keep coming back to Playlist Choir! All your favorite songs and people all in one place, our newest Brooklyn choir will become your go-to for sick arrangements, fun vibes, and NYCP magic.
Playlist Choir started in December 2025 and has been an instant hit. We are excited to launch a thurdcycle (see below) and welcome back one of NYCP’s awesome choir leaders- Shane Dittmar! Their passion and love of the music shines through.

Price: $400 ($25 per rehearsal) + a 3% processing fee.
The cycle fee can be paid in up to 8 installments.

Ability Level: All - no audition needed. Our choir members range from professionals to beginners and everyone in between.
Teaching Method: Our approach focuses on ‘learning by ear’ so we typically don’t use sheet music (we provide lyric sheets). Check out our FAQs for more info on this. If you are a die-hard sheet music singer consider joining Manhattanite Choir as they incorporate notation in their rehearsals.
Participants: Maximum 55 people.
